This outdated industrial business park in the heart of the Kearny Mesa neighborhood of San Diego has been reimagined as a flexible, creative office park with a modern identity. The reimagined 7.6 acres encourages multiple tenants to come together in an open outdoor environment that features gathering nodes throughout the campus, offering opportunities for collaboration and social connections. A native California plant palette enlivens the space throughout the year with seasonal color and the removal of turf with the addition of a smart irrigation system reduces water consumption by more than 2,000 gallons per month. Improved site accessibility and wayfinding improves both the tenant and visitor experience. The buildings have been enhanced with updated glazing, paint, and signage.
