When A&M Capitol acquired a 3-story office building on Oberlin Drive, they turned to HED to adapt the space into a built-to-suit workplace befitting creative, technology-oriented tenants. HED overhauled the 61,400 SF space, creating an open lobby an entry stair, designing energetic and colorful environmental graphics, introducing full height glazing at the entry, and introduced daylight into the space by adding skylights ad exterior balconies. HED also refreshed the site by adding a patio area with built-in grilling amenities and opened the visual connection between the workplace and patio using generously sized sliding glass doors.
