Located on a K-8 school campus, this early childhood education facility serves up to 128 three- and four-year-old students. Taking a cue from Sandra Todd-Williams Academy’s vision to inspire happy, healthy, life-long learners, the facility was designed to stimulate young minds.
The building features a naturally daylighted central corridor with interactive learning features and collaboration “eddies” for small groups. Each classroom is uniquely defined and allows for direct access to outdoor play/learning areas. Large, playful bay windows provide exterior views and provide a seating nook for reading, and the building also includes a multi-purpose room for student use and community meetings. Each of these individual components add up to an immersive and engaging educational experience that helps the district's littlest learners build a strong foundation for future academic success.
