Throughout this project, HED worked closely with the Northern Trust Corporate team to develop a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to the design of the space, located just off Chicago's famous Grant Park. The new office space supports major cultural shifts within the company through a relocation of square footage toward more common and shared spaces. Martin Clarke, Global Head of Workplace Services at North Trust, says, "This was the largest single single construction project that Northern Trust has even undertaken.
