HED welcomes Kelli Herman to the firm as Associate, Business Development. In this role, Kelli will collaborate with national and local design teams to develop and execute effective strategies for solving client challenges. Her industry network, knowledge of market trends, education in architecture and energy conservation, and focus on client needs will complement the seasoned team she is joining at HED.

Prior to joining HED, Kelli served as Director of Opportunity Creation for Neumann/Smith Architecture, where she was responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships and strategic partnerships. She is a past president of CREW Detroit and is actively involved in several industry groups and volunteer organizations.
