A two-acre park connects the two towers 90 feet above street level, and features wading and lap pools, dog parks, outdoor fitness and lounge areas and communal fire pits. While Circa’s opulent amenities may have residents’ heads in the clouds, the building itself is closely connected to its surroundings. The curvilinear design of the two towers not only make use of every available square foot of its 2.7-acre lot, but also reference the surrounding architecture. The towers’ offset construction, unique curved design and sleek glass exteriors maximize stunning vistas of the San Gabriel Mountains, Hollywood Hills and downtown skyline, with select units providing continuous 180-degree views. At ground level, high-end retailers and restaurants engage the broader public and further activate the street.

Curvilinear exterior design references the surrounding architecture, maximizes square footage, leverages stunning views and differentiates from nearby developments.
17,000 square feet of digital signage on Figueroa and 12th Street, 10,000 square feet of static signage facing Flower Street and on the tower crowns and an 80 x 30 LED public art installation illuminate the towers’ exterior and contribute to the region’s dynamic, exciting atmosphere.
Nationally‐branded retailers and restaurants will occupy 48,000 square feet of Circa’s ground floor, catering to residents, locals and visitors and providing upscale shopping and dining options for residents.
Glass curtain walls, dramatic exterior lighting and vertically-sectioned façade create an impression of height despite building restrictions.
